Apparently not all members of the Maricopa County Republican Committee’s Executive Guidance Committee (MCRC EGC) support the recent raft of censures Brian Ference has ask them to approve. Dan Farley, LD 4 Chairman, sent an email message to MCRC EGC members Sunday morning expressing opposition to the censures as well as the manner in which the censures were presented to the EGC members. Ference is one of several board members who have recently pushed through the censures of Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Bill Gates and the FBI. Without naming Ference in his letter, Farley questioned the timing and effectiveness of the censures. He also cited that Ference’s presentation of the censures requires time that is not on the meeting agenda. MCRC General Counsel Kenneth Sampson recently sent Ference a cease and desist order after Ference published (on social ) the names and personal contact information of 11 EGC members who did not vote to approve his censure of Richer at the August 4 EGC meeting. (See 8-18-22 Briefs) Michal Joyner, MCRC Second Vice-Chair, referred to Ference’s action as “bullying” in 8-17-22 Briefs Readers Speak Out section. Joyner charged that following Sampson’s cease and desist order, Ference “…immediately changed his ‘handle’ on social media to hide his identity, yet he and his followers continue to harass.”

Farley message to Ference on Sunday: Fellow MCRC EGC Members – I have seen what seems to be an alarming trend emerging in our MCRC EGC meetings.  We commonly have an agenda and someone interjects to add another censure/recall/resignation motion to the agenda and we spend considerable time on it.  The last one which passed our body criticized Stephen Richer for things that aren’t even in his job duties, which doesn’t reflect well on us.  It makes us look like we don’t know what we’re talking about.  What did passing this censure accomplish?  Has Richer resigned?  What if he did, then where would we be? It called for a recall as an option, is there an understanding of the recall process, how laborious it is and how it benefits Dems if it is done?  We are in the midst of a general election cycle!  Richer is providing us more information at MCRC than he is required to.  Is the best timing to do something like this now? I am tired of our meetings being hijacked by the same person for censures.  It feels tyrannical and haphazard by the actions of this person, implying a purity test each time a censure is introduced, no matter how well or poorly thought out it is.  Are we going to be better off in the general election burning down our party leading up to it, or better off trying to recruit and collaborate for its growth?  There is a time and place to do things in activism.  Those who have been in the party understand the history of the party and timing of things to do in activism during cycles.  New people to MCRC would better serve our party to show some humility, a desire to learn, and more collaboration. I worked as an activist for 13+ years.  The last 35 months I’ve given 40-80 hours/week unpaid, and giving money to the cause, to strengthen our party.  We worked hard together to double our precinct committeemen/women. We’ve worked hard to build teams for federal government activism, state legislature activism, city council activism and school board activism. That’s building and constructive! We have worked to build coalitions with other conservative activist groups because the larger we are and the more united in our activism, the more effective we are at change. That is constructive! Each day we get better in our approach within these teams. That is constructive. Ask yourself if you want change is: Do you want to be destructive or constructive? Does burning it down do anything but leave you with a dysfunctional party with less people willing to run within it? How does your recruitment and training match up to others who have been growing the party to be stronger and more formidable against the Dems? Shouldn’t that be the ultimate metric since large numbers are what win elections?

The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and Elections Department recently named former Yavapai County Recorder Leslie Hoffman as the as Director of Recording at the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. The county also welcomed longtime elections communication professional Matthew Roberts to serve as Communications Manager for the Elections Department.

  • Giles flew to Washington to support Democrat gun grabbing legislation called Red Flag Laws, would allow government to seize an innocent persons guns.
  • Giles stood against our Constitutional right to travel, do business, Moms and Dads to take their children to parks or even family get-togethers and the shutting down of businesses.
  • Giles supported open border along with the Mark Kelly and the Democrats.
  • Giles did not support building the wall to protect Americans and America.

  • Back during the great depression, Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.
  • Harry Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.
  • In 1954, Dwight Eisenhower deported 13-M Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback. It was done so WWII & Korean veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took two years, but they deported them!

RANDY MILLER, LD28 PC: The very notion we are all equal in ability and intellect is a selfish and collectivistic viewpoint by politicians manipulating those unwilling to accept their individual responsibility to themselves and others. This is a control mechanism for government so they can twist reality in such a way that nobody has more, is offered more, or ultimately can achieve more because they will decide what and who is equal. Individual accomplishments, ability, dreams or thoughts are squashed because you will not be an individual, you are part of a collective they control. We are created equal in our opportunities and liberties, no one has the right to control another person.  We are all equal to try and fail, to have a voice regardless of our skin color or national origin, as long as we don’t interfere in the rights of another.  This is something the modern-day leftists refuses to accept because it disarms their “social justice” ideology.  The idea of another person’s success is a threat to their control because that person will not need them.  Success is the enemy they wish to destroy.  Democrat’s creation of fairness is making someone or some class or color of society evil, needing their form of justice to make it fair, seeking the approval of the proposed victimized part of society.  This builds a loyalty and sense of dependency for fairness that will never happen under their control, only get worse.  Why?  Because they are the source of the unfairness, injustice, and corruption that permeates society today.  The Republicans are the ineffective party that scrambles every time to find a way to battle the Democrats nonsense. Congressman Paul Gosar: 200,000 More Illegal Aliens Crossed the Southern Border Last Month. This week, the Biden administration released new data showing nearly 200,000 illegal aliens were apprehended crossing the southern border in July. In fact, for the seventeenth straight month, more than 150,000 lawbreakers have crossed the southern border. That puts us on track for another two million lawbreakers crossing the border this year and more than 4.2 million illegals pouring into our country thanks to Biden’s reckless open border policies, including 66 on the terrorist watch list.  The majority of these lawbreakers are “processed” by border patrol officers and subsequently released into the United States.  Where they go is anyone’s guess.  Don’t believe me?  In April, 234,000 illegals crossed the border.  Of those, more than half, or 118,000, were “processed” and then released into our country.  The others were returned to Mexico under President Trump’s Title 42 authority, but Biden recently rescinded that policy.  Going forward, we can expect nearly all illegals to be released into our country, including all 200,000 that crossed in July. This doesn’t include the hundreds of thousands of illegals that simply walk across our border and never get stopped.  Known as “gotaways,” it is estimated that 800,000 to one million more illegals fall into this category.

  • Sadly, illicit drugs, including deadly fentanyl, also continue to pour in.  More than 2000 pounds of fentanyl was seized by border officials in July. That’s enough to kill 469 million people, or substantially more than the entire population of our country. Biden’s open border policies are an open invitation to criminals and drug cartels to cross into our country unchecked.  Biden refuses to protect the people of America and he has lost the trust of its citizens.
  • One year ago, Joe Biden oversaw one of the worst foreign policy decisions in United States history.  Biden, along with his incompetent woke military leadership, made the disastrous decision to unconditionally withdraw troops from Afghanistan and surrender over $80 billion in equipment to the Taliban. On August 15, 2021, while Biden was vacationing, Afghanistan fell to the Taliban.   Days earlier Biden boldly claimed it was “highly unlikely” the Taliban would take power, despite the U.S. military and U.S. intelligence community warning repeatedly this is exactly what would happen. Due to Mr. Biden’s incompetence and poor military leadership, he failed to secure the airport perimeter and allowed a suicide bomber to enter resulting in the needless death of 13 American service members. This public humiliation of our country was the result of incompetency, negligence and ineptitude.  Despite promising: “There’s going to be no circumstances where you see people being lifted off the roof of an embassy of the United States in Afghanistan,” Biden failed to plan for all contingencies. As a result, we know that he left behind more than 1,000 American citizens.  This week, a damning report by Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee illustrated that the Biden administration waited until the final hours on how to evacuate American citizens before losing to the Taliban in Afghanistan.  In other words, until it was too late.

Instead, Biden gathered over 100,000 Afghanis and flew them to America.  None were vetted and many turned out to be on terrorist watch lists.  The fallout from the botched withdrawal has made America less safe while emboldening our adversaries. Congress should be holding multiple hearings on this colossal failure, yet the Biden administration has repeatedly ignored Republican requests for documentation and information from the State Department and democrats who control congress refuse to hold any hearings.
